InstantInvoice is a free online invoice generator. You can create, customize, and download professional PDF invoices in under a minute — no signup required.

What is InstantInvoice

InstantInvoice lets you build invoices right in your browser. Fill in your business details, add line items, pick a template, and download a PDF. It works on desktop and mobile.

You can also create estimates, set up recurring invoices, track payments, and manage your clients and business info — all from one place.

Create your first invoice

  1. Go to the Invoice Generator.
  2. Fill in your business name and address at the top of the form.
  3. Add your client's details in the "Bill To" section.
  4. Add line items — enter a description, quantity, and price for each.
  5. Pick a template from the template selector on the right side.
  6. Click Download PDF to save your invoice.

That's it. Your invoice is ready to send. You can also email it directly from the editor or share a live preview link with your client.

Account options

You don't need an account to create invoices. InstantInvoice works as a guest — your data stays in your browser.
