Dashboard

The dashboard is where you manage everything — invoices, clients, business info, products, and notifications. It gives you a quick overview of your invoicing activity.

Access the dashboard

Sign in to your account, then go to the Dashboard. You can also get there from the navigation menu on any page.

If you don't have an account yet, you can sign up for free. Guest users can still create invoices, but the dashboard requires an account.

Dashboard overview

When you open the dashboard, you land on the Home tab. This shows your recent invoices and a summary of your invoicing activity.

The sidebar on the left has tabs for each section: Home, Invoices, Reminders, Clients, Business, AI Generate, Notifications, and Settings.

Invoice analytics

The home tab shows your invoices grouped by status. You can see at a glance how many invoices are:

  • Draft — saved but not sent yet
  • Sent — delivered to the client
  • Awaiting payment — sent and waiting for payment
  • Overdue — past the due date
  • Paid — payment received

This helps you stay on top of outstanding invoices and follow up on overdue ones.

Manage invoices

The Invoices tab shows all your invoices in a list. You can:

  • Search — find invoices by number, client name, or amount.
  • Filter by status — show only paid, overdue, or draft invoices.
  • Open an invoice — click any invoice to view or edit it.
  • Create a new invoice — click the create button to open the Invoice Generator.

You can also create estimates from the Estimate Generator and convert them into invoices later.

Update business info

Click the Business tab to update your company details. You can change your business name, email, phone number, address, and logo at any time.

Changes you make here apply to all new invoices going forward. Invoices you've already created keep the info they were saved with.

For a full walkthrough, see the Business & Clients guide.

Update clients

The Clients tab lists all your saved clients. You can add new clients, edit existing ones, search by name or email, and delete clients you no longer need.

Saved clients appear in the client selector when you create invoices or estimates, so you don't have to re-enter their details each time.

Product catalogue

If you frequently invoice for the same items, you can save them in your product catalogue. Go to the catalogue section in your dashboard to add products with a name, description, and price.

When you create an invoice, your saved products show up as suggestions. Pick one to add it as a line item — no need to type the same description and price again.

Notifications

The Notifications tab shows updates about your invoices — things like payment confirmations, overdue alerts, and reminder delivery status.

Keep an eye on this tab so you never miss an important update about your invoices.
